We use this to analyse your requirements and to determine how we might help you. After that, we will draft a work programme including where, how and by whom it will be implemented, together with timetable and costs.

There will probably be further discussion, with the programme being changed to meet your exact requirements. Only after that will agreements and budgets be confirmed.
